Get ready for achieving your dreams
There are ways to prepare yourself to achieve your dreams.
In order to be successful in anything you want to achieve you need to ground your ideas with practical application otherwise they may never become real.
When you plant a seed in the earth and nurture it, roots develop and it grows to achieve its full potential as a flower or tree.
The same principle applies to the the dreams you want to achieve.
The earth centre also relates to the physical body as well as the emotions of feeling relaxed, happy and confident.
Certainly if your body is fit and well-nourished, you are far more likely to feel positive and strong … and inspired to do whatever it takes to achieve your goals.
Bringing you awareness to these foundation level qualities will open up new opportunities for you to work more consciously and creatively with each stage of the achieving process.
So here are 3 tips to help you nurture the earth energies within you:
- Go for regular 20 minute walks, ideally outside in nature. The physical movement, and specifically the rhythm of walking, is an effective way to release ideas ‘held’ in the body.
Schedule time at the end to relax and enjoy the boost your energy system will have received.Alternatively, focus that energy into some writing or other activity relating to your dream’s success.
Take strong, firm steps as you walk and really feel the ground beneath your feet.
- Look after your body in some way every day for the next 3 weeks. Yes, I know that you know about this…but are you actually doing it?Examples: a healthy meal or a good massage.
Pay attention to how creative you are when you’re feeling good in your body and the lift that gives to your ideas on how to achieve your dreams.
Give yourself the gift of eating nourishing food, drinking more water and plenty of good quality sleep.
- Make a plan of the practical steps you need to take to begin the next stage of your dream’s journey – and then take action!So what do you need to do next?Sign up for a course or a class, do some research or find a mentor to work with to help you move forwards.
Getting yourself organised at a practical level will often make the difference between your dream happening – or not as the case may be!
As always, the only way you will discover the benefits I am describing is to have an open mind and give these ideas a try.

1. Clarify what we want
2. Examine your beliefs: fears, doubts, anger, guilt, resentment, self-pity, avoiding responsibility. “why i can’t have it?” “what is stopping me?, “I am afraid if I get X”, “people who are x are”, “how”, why”.
3. Transform your inner blockages – affirmations
4. Ask for unseen help
5. Programme what you want – visualise
6. Release the past
7. Become your future self
8. Open to receive
9. Let go and trust the process of life
