    Thanks to Gill Edwards for her words in “Stepping into the magic”.  I don’t want to give this book back to the library.

    What I liked the most:

    Our three inner selves and Dancing with your dream awake.

    Creating what we want:

    1. Clarify what we want

    2. Examine your beliefs: fears, doubts, anger, guilt, resentment, self-pity, avoiding responsibility. “why i can’t have it?”  “what is stopping me?, “I am afraid if I get X”, “people who are x are”, “how”, why”.

    3. Transform your inner blockages – affirmations

    4. Ask for unseen help

    5. Programme what you want  – visualise

    6. Release the past

    7. Become your future self

    8. Open to receive

    9. Let go and trust the process of life
